What is in the raviolis?

Beef, pork, spinach, carrots, onions, celery, grated cheese and eggs

What is in the dough?

Flour, water, oil and eggs.

How do you cook the raviolis?

Boiling – Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil (4 quarts of water per pound of ravioli) Place l lb of frozen solid ravioli in rapidally boiling water when ravioli pop to the top leave in approx 1 – 2 Minutes. Skim ravioli off with slotted spoon onto platter. Directions are included on the label.
Frying – Bring oil to med high heat in skillet enough oil so that oil will cover ravioli. Cook until Golden brown. Note: Ravioli plain and breaded must be frozen solid prior to cooking.
